Director Sam Dixon leads the business with a focus on design-led delivery, overseeing projects from initial engagement to completion across both the office and the site. He manages estimating, contract administration, and project delivery, collaborating closely with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistent standards throughout the process.

Curtis Heinz joined JH Dixon Builders under Sam and his father, John, who has since retired. Over more than a decade with the company, Curtis has gained a deep understanding of its approach and expectations. He leads construction management for both the site and the office, providing support to the broader team in delivering projects with care, precision, and attention to detail. Curtis plays a crucial role in guiding the business's ongoing direction.
