Director Sam Dixon, a third-generation builder, joined the company in 2008 to work alongside his father, John H. Dixon. His passion for craftsmanship began much earlier. Growing up around the worksite, he learnt from a young age what is possible with the right balance of people, skills and technical expertise.

Sam became a director in 2013 and continues to drive the business, surrounding himself with people who share his values and care about the details that separate good from great. Curtis Heinz has shared those values as part of the team for 10+ years and joined Sam as a director in 2025.
